Eunice Chen, the former event manager of Riot Games and current consultant for Cloud9, launched, a new platform to support people who want to start their esports career.

The platform’s first initiative will be its “Alpha Class”, which will begin on Monday November 9th. During the six-week free school, there will be two meetings and greetings with Chen, a virtual event every two weeks, and mentoring of many seasoned industry veterans.

Overall, the project aims to train participants who have just started

"I look forward to merging my work experience and my passion for creating a culture of information transfer in esports," commented Eunice Chen, former Marketing Vice President of Cloud9 and the founder of Enlight is the forum where as an adult in the industry I want to drive and train and dream of becoming a player.

“My goal is to remove barriers to knowledge sharing for esports veterans and to gain access to this training for next generation sports professionals. “

The platform's website illustrates and teaches some of the topics that include understanding the sporting environment, career planning, talent management and acquisition, and social media management. In addition, the platform will include tracks on sports law, tours and event talent in the industry to ensure preparations are made for the improvement of the overall esports ecosystem.
